Get More Rest and Reduce Stress
I love this photograph. The hammock is placed in the perfect spot to enjoy the view, to enjoy the breeze, to enjoy the sound of the waves, and to just enjoy some down time. Down time is pretty hard to come by most days, isn’t it? Yet, almost every time we see our doctors, they say “Get more rest” or “You need to reduce stress in your life.” Ha! So I have been thinking about taking mini-vacations in my mind. A picture like this helps me reset my attitude. I am grateful for the beauty around me. So I am trying to take a deep breath, and cultivate an attitude of gratitude. This may be the best stress reliever of all!
